ORDERS AND PAYMENT

All orders completed on the Nadal Online Store website are handled by Zerogrey, a partner of Nadal.
Zerogrey is responsible for executing the online payment and the issuing of the receipt. If you have questions or complaints about your order, please contact Zerogrey at marc@zerogrey.com.

Reviewing current and past orders
If you are a returning customer at Nadal Online Store, you can review all information on past orders by clicking on the link "My account".
You'll be reminded about past orders' date, products purchased, delivery address and delivery status.
To review products that you have selected to purchase during your current online session, click on "View Cart" .
For the safety of your personal data and credit card information, you will be asked to insert your username and password at the beginning of each session.
If you have forgotten or lost your username or password, please send us an email or click on the "Forgot password?" command in the sign-in area.

Return policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 2 weeks from the day you receive the order. Returning is easy: just ship the product back to us in the same condition in which it arrived. Our address is written at the bottom of this page and printed on the invoice you will receive with your package.


Payment

Nadal Online Store accepts international payments via credit card and via bank transfer. You may choose between these two methods at the end of the order process.


Zerogrey Ibérica will process the orders paid via PayPal and by Bank Transfer while, Zerogrey S.r.l. will process those paid by Credit Card.

Credit Card and Security
You may use one of the following card types: VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Diners. Your payment will be completed directly on the secure Web site of the bank in charge of collecting Zerogrey incoming payments. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted. SSL is the gold standard in Internet encryption technology, which is a fancy way of saying that it is a highly sophisticated method of scrambling data as they travel from your computer to other Website's servers.
If you pay by credit card, Zerogrey will immediately have the ok to ship your goods: Orders paid via credit card are the fastest to be processed. Protecting the safety of your credit card information is important to us. This is why all your credit card details are directly transmitted from you to a bank. Zerogrey's bank is an official member of the international credit card clearing circuit. No one at Zerogrey, at Nadal Online Store or on the Internet will ever gain access to your data.

Payment by a wire transfer (Bank Transfer)
You may pay for your purchases at Nadal Online Store via a Bank Transfer (a wire).
When you are completing your order, as final step choose "Pay via Bank Transfer" as a payment method. Your order will be immediately registered by Zerogrey but left standing by.
Within the next few days, ask your own bank, maybe through your Home Banking Web facility, to complete a Bank Cash Transfer to Zerogrey using Zerogrey bank details provided below.
Zerogrey bank account details are provided here, as well as in the payment page, as well as in the E-mail message that will be sent to you after Zerogrey receives your order. Please make sure to indicate your order code - complete of all letters and numbers - in the "reason" for your Bank Transer. (e.g. "Payment order xxxxxx2303047543").
Nadal will ship your goods as soon as it receives notice from the bank that the cash transfer has been received. Normally it takes 5 to 6 business days for your Bank Transfer to be received by Zerogrey bank. Once in, Zerogrey sees immediate notice of it via Internet and Nadal immediately ships your goods.
